How to use Beautiful White System

Before starting the bleaching procedure make sure you have read the application manual carefully. Perform the procedures for both top and bottom teeth sets.

• 1.Boil some water and leave it for about 5 minutes to cool to 75 – 78 degrees, to avoid the gums and oral mucosal burns; make sure the water is not too hot.
• 2. Pour the warm water into a cup. Sink the thermoform tray (using the tab on it) and hold it for about 60 seconds. Remember: the tray may get damaged if overheated. It should be soft enough to take the shape of your teeth, but not too soft to lose its own shape.
• 3. Carefully and quickly place the thermoform tray onto the upper teeth. Use your fingers to stick the tray tightly around your teeth. At the same time put your tongue on the palate and suck the air and the water from the tray which will allow you to make your teeth mold more easily. Hold the tray while sticking it to the teeth for around 30 seconds. Take it out and pour with cold water. Remember: If you are not satisfied with the first fit you can repeat the earlier procedures with the same tray twice more until you get the mold which properly fits your teeth.
• 4. When the tray hardens apply it onto the teeth to make sure it does not hurt the gums or sticks out from behind the molar teeth. Cut the excess material and the tab.
• 5. Follow the same steps for the lower teeth.

• 1. Before starting the bleaching procedures make sure your teeth are clean.
• 2. Put 0,5 ml gel (equal to one division of the syringe) into the tray customized to your teeth shape.
• 3. Place the tray onto the teeth and press it slightly so that the gel could cover all the teeth. Remove the excess amount of the gel from the gums with the help of a tissue or a wad; make sure that only teeth are covered with the gel, not the gums.
• 4. Wear the tray for about 30 minutes once to three times a day. You can achieve best results by applying the whitening gel for 7-14 days.
• 5. Take the tray out and brush your teeth without toothpaste to remove the excess gel. Rinse the tray with warm water.
